What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to drive solutions supporting Finance Systems and organizational needs
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies for the Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Lead design sessions and ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Support the implementation of technology solutions for FP&A Planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for system solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
