What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to develop solutions that meet departmental needs
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design that meets business expectations
- Support the development of a vision and technology roadmap for building out a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with major ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data processing using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- Experience in implementing or supporting revenue or expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Deep finance domain expertise to work with senior finance leaders on process and functional needs
