About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support a Fortune 500 client’s legal department.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, title, or legal support.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate closing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to support an onsite role based in Glendale, California.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with self-storage or commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, Argus, or similar platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • CounselLink and eBuilder invoice management
  • Following up with various stakeholders (law firms, developers, lawyers) regarding invoices.
  • Support real estate closings (both property deals and deals with vendors (i.e., environmental consulting, title, and zoning), onboarding new vendors, and RFP processes.
  • Manage intake requests in ServiceNow.
  • Assist with post-closing activities, including document recording and file archiving.
