Hours: 3p-11p, including every other weekend (Sat/Sun) Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of inbound calls, also performing outbound follow up callsMonitoring an email and chat inboxEntering accounts and notification changes Tracking/troubleshooting non-compliant patients/lead reversal, etc.Troubleshooting for potential monitor replacementsNotifying practice of any delay/interruption in service or early dischargeInforming billing of cancelled studiesHandling any complaints and ensure the proper follow-up is completedProperly documenting patient recordsHelp in developing efficiencies and new protocol for clinical admin departmentProcessing report requests Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentDemonstrated Customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilitiesComfortable with new technologyMust have reliable transportation to get to and from Mt.
