Job Description

We have an EXCITING opportunity for those looking for a new challenge! Our Irving client is looking for Collections Representatives to join their team. This position comes with lots of room for growth and an uncapped bonus commission!

This position is 100% onsite during the 6 weeks of training but it will be 100% remote once completed with training! Equipment is also provided!

Compensation: $17.50/hr base + commission bonuses

Duties:

Perform outbound collection calls using an outbound dialer
Collections will be all stages (early and late)

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus
Previous experience in collections a plus
Eager and determined
Ability to perform basic math
