We are looking for a Data Entry & Operations Processor to join our team in Grimes, Iowa. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input wholesale equipment orders and verify their precision.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Regularly review and refine order entry procedures and standard operating guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to address order-related needs and resolve challenges.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure effective resolution.
• Process change orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate order-related updates and concerns to internal teams, including sales, production, and project support.
• Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement in workflow processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial services tools such as ADP.• Experience with CRM platforms and data processing systems.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions and enterprise resource planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing, and budget management.
• Ability to handle check processing and other financial operations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration.
