Adecco staffing is working with a construction company in Norwood, MA! We are seeking an experience Bilingual HR Manager that is fluent in English & Spanish. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 dependent on experience
Schedule: 40 hour work week
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and maintain employee HR data systems
· Manage and administer all on and off boarding programs
· Develop recruiting process and oversee recruiting efforts
· Research, draft and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and communicate so that all employees are aware of policies
· Maintain and update the company’s job descriptions and organizational charts
· Work with managers on employee relations issues as needed – proactively
check-in to ensure all work groups are functioning positively
· Manage the performance review program and merit increases, including updating the program and working with managers to ensure good implementation
· Ensure company is compliant with all labor and pay related laws
· Leverage HR knowledge to partner with the business lines on special
initiatives, organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession management
· Establish and maintain employee records, including payroll and benefits information
· Maintain and renew field crew licenses
Qualifications Include:
· Bachelors degree and 3+ years of HR experience
· Experience working in the construction industry or related non-union labor field a plus
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including comfort presenting to and partnering with senior leaders across the organization
· Ability to speak Spanish is a must

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
