Responsibilities:
- Open the gym each morning, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members.
- Greet members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities.
- Monitor gym activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist members with basic inquiries and promote membership services.
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety.
- Support team members in daily operations and special events.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere for all gym-goers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fitness or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or fitness industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 12 PM.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices.
- Team player with a passion for health and fitness.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to motivate others.
