As a Production Planning Associate, you will work on-site and be responsible for scheduling and releasing production orders to meet customer demand, communicating production requirements on a daily and weekly basis, and working closely with teams in Production, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure order timelines are met. You will also identify and escalate any material or capacity constraints, analyze capacity and forecasting needs, and support planning-related projects along with other assigned tasks.
These Production Planner positions require an on-site presence, at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing production planning environment, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Candidates should have prior experience in production planning, inventory management, or similar roles, along with familiarity with ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also required, as well as the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is important for success in this role.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
