Assistant Professor of Nursing (BSN Program) - Part-Time Clinical Educator

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging nursing education in clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings
• Guide and evaluate student performance through evidence-based clinical instruction
• Facilitate high-fidelity simulation scenarios and debriefing sessions
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to nursing students
• Document student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development initiatives
• Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and educational objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in nursing education methodology
• Strong background in simulation-based learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technologies
• Ability to meet state Board of Nursing faculty requirements
