Seeking an experiencedInterventional Radiology Technologistwith strong Cath Lab and procedural experience. The IR Tech will assist in a variety of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including:
- Dialysis Catheter placements (Permacaths, Quintons)
- Medport placements
- Emergency embolizations
- Kyphoplasties
- Nephrostomy and biliary drain insertions
- Ureteral stent placements
- Core and abdominal biopsies
- Cholecystectomy drains
The role includes call coverage every other week:
- Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends: 24-hour call (Saturday and Sunday)
Equipment used includes GE and Philips machines. Hospital scrubs are provided.Ax
