Your Role
- Deliver personalized, compassionate care in the comfort of patients’ homes
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and follow detailed care plans
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals for the best outcomes
What You Need
✅ Active RN (AZ or Compact) or LPN License ✅ Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation & auto insurance ✅ In-person BLS Certification ✅ Current TB Test & Fingerprint Clearance Card ✅ Article 9 Training (we provide this during onboarding!)
