Occupational Therapist – Full-Time Contract | 4x10 Days | Pediatric-Focused Setting
Shift: 4x10s – Day Shift (40 hours/week)
Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2-week pay period
Local Radius Requirement: Must reside 50+ miles from facility
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Occupational Therapist with strong experience in pediatrics, acute care, outpatient, and LTC/SNF settings. This position offers the opportunity to provide care across multiple departments, including hospital inpatients, swing bed, long-term care, and outpatient therapy, with a strong focus on pediatric outpatient populations.
This role is perfect for a seasoned OT looking to work in a collaborative, multi-setting environment with structured support and guaranteed hours—plus housing and a vehicle provided!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience – REQUIRED
- First-time travelers – NOT accepted
- BLS certification – REQUIRED
- Pending state license – ACCEPTED
- Must be comfortable treating across multiple settings (outpatient, LTC, hospital IP)
- No call and no floating required
- Block scheduling may be accommodated

Preferred Experience:
- Pediatric and inpatient experience
- Familiarity with national patient safety goals / core measures
- Billing experience

Housing & Transportation Provided:
- 1-bedroom apartment provided (no pets; limited to traveler only)
- Company vehicle provided for local use (must provide valid DL & proof of rental car insurance)
- Housing & vehicle access begins no earlier than 72 hours before the assignment and ends 24 hours after
- Vehicle and housing must be cleaned before departure; failure may result in fees billed to traveler
- Vehicles are for in-town use only (within 30-mile radius)
Additional Information:
- No on-call requirement
- RTO considered individually after offer
- One 10-hour call-off per 2 weeks allowed
- Not suitable for travelers bringing family or pets unless pre-approved by facility
