At LMC Corporation, we deliver critical construction projects for the public sector—from military bases to school campuses. We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent who can run a clean site, communicate clearly, and ensure projects stay safe, documented, and on schedule.
This is a field leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and action. You’ll work closely with trade partners, clients, and project managers while documenting daily activity using tools like Procore or standardized email reports.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations on commercial job sites
- Enforce jobsite safety with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and safety briefings
- Conduct and document daily activity using Procore or standardized email logs
- Capture and upload jobsite photos and maintain site safety folders
- Coordinate with PMs, trade partners, and clients to keep jobs moving forward
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and LMC safety policies
- Serve as a reliable on-site presence, ensuring professionalism and progress
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required; construction management degree a plus
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months)
- 3+ years of construction or supervisory experience
- Experience reading plans, coordinating trades, and leading with authority
- Procore or digital reporting experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite
