Key Responsibilities Provide personalized, evidence-based speech and language therapy services virtually to K12 students in both individual and small-group settings. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language needs and craft targeted, effective intervention strategies. Develop and manage IEPs and therapy goals in alignment with state and federal guidelines. Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote whole-student development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, session notes, and IEP compliance. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering expert insight and recommendations for ongoing student support. Leverage secure teletherapy platforms and digital tools to create dynamic, engaging learning environments. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Preferred: At least two years of school-based experience. Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and implementation. Collaborative, student-focused communication style and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating and using virtual therapy platforms and digital resources. Bilingual candidates encouraged to applyespecially those fluent in [insert language, e.g., Spanish] to better serve diverse student populations. Technology Requirements Stable high-speed internet connection. A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
