Job Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry. Experience working in an insurance agency is preferred.
· Experience servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide service to agents and customers in a customer call center environment.
· Provide internal support for underwriters, assisting in underwriting a profitable book business
· Help maintain exceptional customer relationships with agents and clients.
