Member Services Representative - Dallas

Location: Addison, TX
Compensation: $22/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Type of Work: 100% On-Site

Are you a customer service professional with exceptional empathy and a drive to help others? Our Dallas client, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative. This temp-to-hire, 100% onsite role offers significant career growth and direct exposure to leadership.

What you'll do:

Manage high-volume incoming calls from employees and their dependents.
Guide individuals through complex benefit inquiries, often during challenging times like surgeries or serious illnesses.
Provide accurate information with a high level of empathy and urgency.
Help individuals understand their available benefits.
Assist in applying for additional programs that offer rebates or credits.
Research complex inquiries thoroughly and accurately when needed.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Demonstrated ability to show empathy and maintain a calm, professional demeanor when assisting individuals facing difficult situations.
Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
Exceptional research skills and the ability to quickly grasp and accurately convey complex information.
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and databases to retrieve information.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise delivery.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas.

Compensation: $22/hr
