Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing IT Consulting Sales Manager to drive new business and strategic growth for our IT services, with a particular focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce consulting offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and a passion for helping clients solve complex business challenges through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of IT consulting services, with an emphasis on Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and related digital transformation services.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff and client success.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Represent NextRow Digital at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT consulting or professional services, preferably with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Salesforce.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, enterprise platforms, and customer experience technologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to win.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with digital experience platforms, martech ecosystems, and CMS/DXP solutions.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth IT services environment.

  • Prior experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and management.
