Inside Sales Manager

IDL Packaging is a leading e-commerce retailer specializing in packaging equipment and materials, and we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by communicating with potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound leads and following up on warm leads to convert them into sales
• Initiating outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Conducting product demonstrations via webinars, video conferencing, or in-person meetings
• Working collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and targets
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company CRM system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections and close deals
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
