What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical maintenance issues
- Create and carry out preventive maintenance plans that actually prevent problems
- Install machines, wiring, and equipment to spec—and find ways to make it better
- Monitor system operations using gauges, dials, and your sharp engineering instincts
- Adapt and fabricate equipment to meet real-world production needs
- Keep safety top-of-mind in everything you do
- Contribute to a team that values quality, efficiency, and ingenuity
- Take on other exciting challenges as they come—this job’s never boring!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Associate degree in an engineering-related field (2-year minimum)
- 3–5 years of engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing or automation
- Mechanical automation knowledge is essential
- Experience in spring manufacturing? Even better!
- Understanding of maintenance safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read schematics and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
- Fabrication skills and a "let’s make it work" attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Math and troubleshooting skills that’ll impress even the most seasoned techs
