Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters involving real estate, construction, and landlord/tenant law. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies
Draft, review, and manage legal documents on behalf of clients
Handle law and motion practice with precision and strategy
Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes effectively
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice

Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in California
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord/tenant law preferred
Strong understanding of California civil procedure
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Real estate broker’s license is a plus
