As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing strategies aimed at minimizing theft, fraud, and inventory shrinkage. You will work collaboratively with field leadership and team members to safeguard company assets while ensuring adherence to internal policies and relevant state and federal regulations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about promoting a culture of compliance and accountability. Our Loss Prevention Manager Will Also Foster a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values, policies, and safety standards Develop, implement, and maintain loss prevention strategies, systems, and procedures tailored to the retail environment Conduct audits and internal investigations to identify and resolve theft, fraud, policy violations, or operational weaknesses Partner with IT on the installation and maintenance of internal systems and monitor for suspicious activity Train employees on loss prevention policies, best practices, and compliance requirements Collaborate with local management and regional leadership to reduce shrinkage and manage incidents Prepare detailed reports on incidents, audits, shrinkage, and overall loss prevention performance Stay current on industry trends and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and investigative procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Knowledge, Experience & Skill 3–5 years of experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection, or a related area Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field (preferred) Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to retail loss prevention LPQ (Loss Prevention Qualified) or LPC (Loss Prevention Certified) certification is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to walk store/venue floors and stockrooms for extended periods Capable of lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 pounds Willingness to travel, including overnight stays if required What Else Can You Expect A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision benefits PTO (Paid Time Off) 401K matching (After 1 year of employment) We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.
