Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Genesys Cloud PS Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced Genesys Cloud solutions to enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud and a deep understanding of multi-channel contact center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact, providing expert consultancy on Genesys solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Design and deliver comprehensive technical solutions for Genesys Cloud projects, including conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and defining technical specifications.
- Analyze complex technical and business challenges to develop effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain the technical architecture for Genesys solutions, integrating new technologies as needed.
- Configure Genesys systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead deployment and upgrade initiatives for contact center technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for Genesys system issues, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Ensure smooth transition of Genesys contact center systems to production.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing large, multi-site contact center environments.
- Proven experience in developing and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Expertise in routing and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect.
- Knowledge of infrastructure planning, deployment, and system lifecycle management to ensure high availability.
- Understanding of business processes and their integration with customer experience technologies.
- Familiarity with SIP infrastructure, including protocols, SBCs, and load balancers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Genesys Engage technologies, including IVR, Routing, Call Recordings, eServices, Reporting, WFM, and IWD.
