Customer Problem Solver & Sales – eCommerce – Small-Engine Machinery & Appliances

FactoryPure is a 22-person online retail business focused on small-engine machinery and appliances, including generators, pressure washers, tankless water heaters, and other categories. We are one of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies in the country, consistently appearing on the Inc5000 and Financial Times lists and featured in San Antonio Business Journal.

We are a fast growing company offering profit share incentives on sales from day 1.

The role is not like a call center environment; we trust our team members to use their judgment to solve problems, and we need someone who thrives for a fast pace and can be responsible for organizing themselves and getting answers when encountering something new.

This position is on-site in our brand new office location near 1604 & Judson.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone and email inquiries
  • Arranging and tracking returns and refunds
  • Resolving shipping and logistics issues
  • Uploading product data and descriptions to our catalog
  • Becoming familiar with the backend of Shopify (training will be provided)

This is a collaborative effort where you will have to engage with customers and communicate internally with the team to solve problems and get the information you need.

Logistics and Compensation:

  • Monday - Friday during regular business hours (typically 8am-4am or 9am-5pm)
  • Office near 1604 & Judson
  • $17-19 per hour plus profit share on sales (total for current reps ranges from $24-$30+ per hour)
  • Paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick time, and monthly health insurance/healthcare expense reimbursements
  • Eligibility for spot bonuses and profit share based on performance
  • Casual office environment, beer/wine permitted
  • Coffee is probably the highest quality you will find

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-organize and juggle many cases and products at once
  • Patience and a thick skin to deal with upset customers when things go wrong
  • Preferably, an interest in the kinds of products we sell
  • Strong computer literacy - Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (including profit share)
