This is a remote position.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, driven, customer-centric Account Executives to join our world-class sales team. This role will be a key part to help us continue to grow our company and customer base by focusing on outbound prospecting and business development.   • Ability to work remote from either Texas - DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and/or Chicago.

Are you willing and able to follow the below?:

  • Maintain a high level of sales activity, including cold calling & appointment setting
  • Manage the entire sales from building your own pipeline of qualified opportunities to successful negotiation of contract
  • Documents your sales activity using the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) and constantly exceed your weekly and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
  • Confidence on the phone. Professional, articulate, and comfortable writing emails and speaking to executives and business owners alike


Requirements

Do you have this background?:

  • Desire to remain in or get into sales
  • 3-5 years of sales development or outside sales experience (preferred)
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience indicative of success in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience in multi-family and/or the real estate industry a big plus
