Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.A rewarding opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary age students during the 20252026 school year. This full-time contract position is located in Reynoldsburg, OH, with a start date of August 14, 2025, and concluding on May 29, 2026. The role requires a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, providing comprehensive speech and language services within a public school setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students.Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.Deliver therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that address student needs and goals.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom environment.Support the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, where applicable.Qualifications and Experience:Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Department of Education certifications are required.Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school settings is desired.Familiarity with AAC devices and school-based workload models is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within an educational team.This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's communication development and educational success.
