Job Details
Responsibilities
- Inspect precision machined and assembled components (metal and plastic) using instruments and CMM
- Read and apply GD&T-based engineering drawings
- Identify and document nonconforming products; participate in root-cause analysis
- Conduct repetitive inspections per standardized methods and 5S workplace protocols
- Support document prep, meeting coordination, and data collection/reporting for decision-making
- Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams under the Quality Manager’s direction
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; technical/machining experience required
- 3–5+ years in machined parts manufacturing/machine shop
- CMM proficiency and strong blueprint reading/GD&T skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Able to adapt to flexible hours when needed
- On-site M–F, 7 AM–4 PM (flexible / occasional extended hours after shift end)
Nice to Haves
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or SolidWorks Inspection
Background in hydraulic system work
