School Speech-Language Pathologist (K-12 Caseload)

Santa Fe, New Mexico |Full-time | July 30, 2025 June 2, 2026

As a Full-Time SLP, you will manage a K-12 caseload of approximately 44 students. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services, fostering communication development, and supporting academic and social-emotional growth for a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities

As our SLP, you'll:

Assess K-12 students for communication disorders.
Develop and implement IEPs with students, families, and staff.
Provide direct and indirect therapy for a wide range of needs (articulation, language, fluency, etc.).
Monitor progress, document services, and update IEPs.
Actively participate in IEP meetings and school conferences.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate goals.
Offer guidance and resources to staff and families.
Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
A valid New Mexico SLP license (or eligibility).
ASHA CCC-SLP is highly preferred.
Experience with K-12 school-aged students is a plus.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A collaborative team player who understands IEP processes.
