A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a contract position at an elementary school in Fremont, CA. This role offers the opportunity to support young learners communication development within a dynamic and nurturing school environment for the full school year term.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary-aged students
Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and colleagues
Ability to manage caseload independently and adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Location: Fremont, California (single elementary school site)
