Position Details:
Location: On-site near Olympia, Washington
Start Date: 09/02/2025
End Date: 06/12/2026
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week
Hours: 35 hours/week
Billable Hours: 8.75 hours of direct therapy per day
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Caseload: PreK-12th
Job Type and Compensation:
On-Site: W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, and vision coverage)
Remote: 1099 contract offering flexibility and the option to work from home
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensure in Washington(or eligibility to obtain)
Proven experience working with students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays
Skilled in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans to address students unique needs
Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech-language impairments
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
Compassionate, patient, and flexible in adapting therapy to support a diverse student population
