Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Work from Home

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapy for students, including both direct and indirect services
- Manage a diverse caseload tailored to district needs
- Complete assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and ensure IEP goals are met
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students academic and communication growth
- Keep thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress
What You Need to Succeed:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure in Delaware
- 2+ years of school-based therapy experience
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and tools
- Strong time-management skills
