Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week
Contract Dates: Full 20252026 School Year
Setting: Onsite at a high school near Westland, MI
Caseload: Resource room students and self-contained classrooms
License Requirement: Active Michigan SLP License and CCCs
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve high school students near Westland, MI. This part-time role focuses on providing speech and language services to students in both resource room and self-contained classroom settings. The SLP will be part of a supportive team helping students achieve their communication goals in academic and functional areas.
Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy services to high school students
Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
Participate in IEP development and meetings
Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
Maintain clear and timely documentation of services
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Michigan SLP License
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
School-based or adolescent experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
