Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, experience within a manufacturing environment, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic, evolving organization.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare internal and external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.

Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and analysis.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in general ledger and sub-ledger activity.

Support implementation and improvement of financial controls and accounting policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and other departments to ensure accurate cost accounting and inventory reporting.

Participate in ERP system enhancements and reporting process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge a plus.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
