We are seeking a confident and experienced Senior HR Generalist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to support our manufacturing workforce. This role requires 5–7 years of broad HR experience, including a strong understanding of payroll, employee relations, onboarding, terminations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a dependable, self-sufficient professional who can take initiative, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and be a trusted resource for employees at all levels. Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and terminations

Process or assist with payroll activities and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, etc.)

Conduct internal investigations, address employee concerns, and ensure fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues

Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and supervisors; foster a welcoming, approachable HR presence on the floor

Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance

Maintain and update employee files, HRIS data, and support documentation for audits or compliance checks

Support or lead HR-related initiatives such as engagement programs, training, and performance management

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations, especially in a manufacturing environment


Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Demonstrated experience in payroll, onboarding, terminations, and employee relations/investigations

Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, trustworthy, and professional under pressure

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make decisions confidently

Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Paychex, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
