Job Details

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented individual
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • B2B sales experience REQUIRED
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Team player who thrives in a performance-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social media, and on-site visits, targeting a minimum of 25–35 touchpoints per day
  • Qualify and prioritize leads, identifying the most promising sales opportunities
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute lead generation strategies that drive results
  • Leverage our proven internal sales methodology (SPARK) and continually refine your sales techniques
