We’re seeking an experienced and driven CVOR RN for a contract assignment in Dallas, TX. If you're confident in open heart and endovascular surgery, calm under pressure, and ready to make an impact in a Level I trauma center — this is your moment.

Position Details:

* Specialty: CVOR RN
* Location: Dallas, TX
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8HRS Days)
* Call: YES – Call and Holiday Requirements Included
* Start Date: ASAP upon compliance/clearance

Facility Overview:

* Level I Trauma Center
* 29 Operating Rooms across two buildings
* 2 Dedicated Heart Rooms + 2 Hybrid Rooms
* 2–10 Cardiovascular cases daily
* Collaborative team with 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 8 Vascular Surgeons
* Experience with IABP, Impella, ECMO, open and endovascular procedures required

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert intraoperative nursing care during complex cardiovascular and endovascular surgeries
* Scrub and circulate in open heart, vascular, and hybrid procedures
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
* Maintain surgical instruments, sterile technique, and patient safety at the highest standard
* Document all procedures accurately and efficiently
* Be an integral part of emergency response and on-call surgical coverage

Qualifications:

* Active Texas RN license (or compact/multistate)
* Minimum 1 year of CVOR RN experience required
* Must have experience with open heart and endovascular surgeries
* Proven skill set in IABP, Impella, ECMO, and hybrid room procedures
* Level I trauma center experience strongly preferred
