Responsibilities
About this role
We are seeking a Domestic Tax Operations Senior Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing federal tax compliance, overseeing tax provision processes, and supporting select tax planning activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate independently, and work proactively with the global International Tax Team as well as cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee domestic income tax and non-income tax compliance processes, as well as manage the ASC 740 tax provision process.
2. Collaborate with other Tax Team functions on GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTC matters, and lead federal and state income tax controversy matters.
3. Support the implementation of international tax structures and processes, including research related to tax planning considerations.
4. Perform tax modeling for mergers and acquisitions, evaluating federal, state, and international tax consequences, as well as US GAAP tax accounting impacts.
5. Oversee R&D credit and Section 174 studies, as well as tax studies related to state income tax matters.
6. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption through cross-functional collaboration; develop stakeholder groups to ensure tax is appropriately engaged across the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of combined experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and/or a publicly traded US multinational company.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and meaningful way to non-tax professionals.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional and diversified teams.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry is preferred.
2. CPA or JD designation is preferred.
3. Understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts.
4. Prior people management experience.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129000 - $244800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
