Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: K-5 Elementary - Carol Stream, IL 60122
Dates: August 18th, 2025 – June 9th, 2026
Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $63,000 - $66,000
AnthroMed Education is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services to a K-5 student population in Carol Stream, IL. This SLP will be delivering high-quality speech-language therapy in an engaging elementary school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and will thrive in a collaborative setting focused on student growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Therapy Services:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-5 students in an elementary school setting.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' communication needs.
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices tailored for diverse, bilingual student populations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and follow district protocols to ensure a consistent and effective approach to student services.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and district guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Speech Language Pathology.
- Illinois PEL & IDFPR
- Previous experience with Elementary students is preferred but not required.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule:
- Full-time, onsite position with consistent daily hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Flexibility:
- The school year may end the week before June 9th, 2026, depending on snow days.
