Head of Marketing
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will drive the company's growth through demand generation and outbound strategies. The role involves leading a marketing team to accelerate new business, understanding customer needs, and positioning the company for market dominance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team and demand generation efforts
- Manage BDR team, events, content, SEO, and online marketing
- Create and implement strategic growth plans and present to leadership and BOD
- Coach and manage marketing and BDR teams
- Develop a data-driven testing culture and analytics-based marketing strategies
- Drive MQLs and revenue through tailored GTM plans for different markets
- Oversee content strategy and customer engagement initiatives
- Organize and execute key industry events and webinars
- Manage advertising strategies, including paid media and physical mail campaigns
- Maintain and strategize website and digital presence
- Develop annual and quarterly budgets aligned with company goals
- Engage with customers directly to understand their needs and support growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience marketing multiproduct B2B SaaS into various verticals
- 5+ years in high-growth companies
- Proven leadership of high-performance BDR/SDR teams
- Experience creating and executing demand generation plans
- Bonus: Manufacturing and ERP experience
- Strong analytics, budgeting, and team-building skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and advocate effectively
Critical Skills
- Curiosity, analytics, grit, leadership, organization, creativity
- Expertise in account-based marketing, product marketing, and multiproduct marketing
