You will:Manage the administrative functions of the office, including facility oversight and transportation personnel coordination.Handle local HR responsibilities such as onboarding, recordkeeping, employee file management, and supporting plant-level HR initiatives.Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with accuracy and timeliness.Assist the Plant Manager with day-to-day operational support and project coordination.Work closely with the sales, production, and plant management teams to process purchase orders and customer requests.Perform data entry, prepare sales and operational reports, and manage billing activities.Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. What We’re Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.Experience with AP/AR and basic HR functions is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
