Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
We are hiring for an Epicor ERP Administrator with strong experience in MS SQL Server for a fulltime permanent job in Iowa.

Epicor Administrator Job Responsibilities:
· Epicor ERP System Administration:
Maintain, configure, and support Epicor ERP (version [specify version if known]).
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Implement upgrades, patches, and new modules in coordination with IT and vendors.
· Database Management (MS SQL Server):
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
Maintain database integrity, backups, and performance tuning.
Collaborate on data migrations, imports/exports, and integration tasks.
· Customizations & Reporting:
Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
Customize forms and user interfaces using Epicor tools (e.g., BPMs, C# scripts).
Automate workflows and business processes to improve efficiency.
· Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and other departments to translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
Provide user training, documentation, and day-to-day support.
Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, or new implementations.
Epicor Administrator Job Qualifications:
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (preferably versions 10 or Kinetic).
· Strong experience with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSMS, SSRS).
· Proficiency in BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor customization tools.
· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
· Experience with C#, REST APIs, or integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi).
· Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
· Knowledge of ITIL or ERP project methodologies.
