Job Details

Medicaid Enrollment Specialist:

The Enrollment Specialist will work closely with Mediciad patients and family members educating them on creative options to offset their out of pocket costs, collect neccessary information to confirm eligibility, review coverage and costs, etc.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Prefer 3-5 years patient-facing work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Experience with hospital registration, admissions, medicaid eligibility, financial counseling or related experience preferred
* Strong customer service skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* Persuasive communicator, ability to build quick rapport with patients and family members
* Sales experience -or- experience working in a metric driven role with incentives
* Bilingual Spanish Preferred
