Job Details: Part TimePosition 3 days per week On-Site Position Full School Year Weekly Pay with Benefits Responsibilities: Provide assessments and evaluations Develop and implement IEPs to meet the individual needs of the child Responsible for timely documentation of evaluation results, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, and service tracker notes Consults with parents/caregivers, teachers, and others as appropriate concerning students needs Requirements: Current State License in Physical Therapy State Department of Public Instruction Certificate School-based experience preferred Interested?
