In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Track and manage orders and material movement to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production delays.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and prioritize critical materials.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and provide timely updates on order status and lead times.
- Support process improvements in inventory management, supplier performance, and lead time reduction.

Job Details
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)
- Highly Organized – Tracks multiple orders, work orders, and inventory parts simultaneously without errors.
- Strong Sense of Urgency – Responds quickly to production delays, material shortages, or unexpected disruptions.
- Detail-Oriented – Pays close attention to order numbers, part specifications, schedules, and documentation.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles
