- Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Prepare legal briefs and documents.
- Advise clients on legal liabilities and risks.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, and hearings.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Communicate with opposing counsel.
- Stay updated on legal developments.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of litigation experience in General Liability/Insurance Defense.
- Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
