Tax Director — Boutique CPA Firm (North County San Diego)
Tired of 900 approvals and 70-hour work weeks? Take command of a high-growth tax practice that doubled revenue in its first six months. Construction & real estate clients, partner track, real balance.
What You’ll Tackle
- Own the entire tax function for a rapidly growing tax firm.
- 60% review / 40% high-level planning—complex partnership structures, cost segregation, §704(b) capital.
- Lead technology initiatives: optimize CCH Axcess, drive workflow automations, explore AI tools.
- Serve as frontline adviser on entity structuring, multi-state strategy.
- Coach managers & seniors; build training around latest legislation.
