For our professional services group we are seeking a seasoned sales hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the professional or IT services space. This individual must bring a strong personal Rolodex, operate with high integrity, and must not be bound by any non-compete agreements.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven success as a hunter in professional or IT services
• Strong personal Rolodex of senior client contacts
• No existing non-compete restrictions
• Experience navigating complex procurement processes within large corporations, supported by established relationships with key procurement stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process
• Familiarity with PE-led or high-growth environments is a plus
• Entrepreneurial, ethical, and self-driven
