Quality Supervisor

<p><strong>Now Hiring: Quality Supervisor – Bilingual Preferred</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong>Ripon, WI</p><p>Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for quality and a background in food science or a technical field? We’re seeking a <strong>Quality Supervisor</strong> to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting and maintaining quality systems at a food manufacturing facility.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br>As the Quality Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day quality operations and supervise a small team of Lab Technicians (2 to start). Your role will focus on ensuring all quality and safety standards are met while supporting continuous improvement efforts across production.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and guide Lab Technicians to ensure timely and accurate testing and documentation</p><li><p>Support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and food safety programs</p><li><p>Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards</p><li><p>Communicate effectively across departments to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues</p><li><p>Provide training and mentorship to lab staff</p></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred</p><li><p>Prior supervisory experience in a technical or manufacturing role</p><li><p>Background in food science or a related field preferred</p><li><p>Strong understanding of quality systems and food safety standards</p><li><p>Detail-oriented with solid communication and leadership skills</p></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>Be part of a company where quality comes first.
