Job Title:Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) – Contract-to-Hire
Location:Nashville, TN (onsite)
Pay:$30–35/hour
We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment for hourly field-based roles across multiple business units. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement and career growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 open roles at a time
- Source and screen candidates for frontline and skilled labor positions across different sites
- Partner closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendations
- Conduct phone interviews, coordinate assessments, and assist with onboarding
- Maintain records in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates and help guide them through the process
- Ensure compliance with hiring requirements including background checks and job-specific certifications
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or labor-driven industries
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting software or ATS platforms (bonus if you’ve used systems like Tenstreet)
