Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid [we are also open to full-tim] Litigation Attorney role based in San Diego, CA with the option for some remote work. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling legal motions, writing complaints, and, if possible, court appearances and depositions as part of their day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal skills (3 years' minimum experience)
- Experience in handling motions and litigation proceedings
- Trial and Deposition experience is preferred
- Familiarity with California law and court procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and California Bar admission (unless you are a clerk).
